KanaCreations is a father daughter initiative, which was started under my late mother's support. Our vision drives every action we perform.
- To create employment opportunities for women and instill confidence in them with management expertise while practicing each action on the ground.
- Adopt reuse, reduce, and recycle practises in our operations, procurement, packaging, and lifestyle.
- As we believe in the power and grace of nature, we always keep the person in mind when creating products for them, bringing them love, warmth, and healing.
Know the Founders
I am Kanika, the daughter born and raised in a family of teachers. I am a management graduate from SIBM, Pune, with over 18 years of corporate experience.
I am very close to nature. I firmly believe in its power. All we need to do is surrender to the universe and let things fall into place. I convey the same thing through my products: each item is hand-crafted with conviction and love, is natural, and is a source of healing. I invite you to embrace them and let the magic happen!
My father, Mr Ram Krishan Gupta, is a mechanical engineer from AMU and an MBA from FMS, Delhi and has automotive industry R&D experience spanning over 50 years.
I live with my father and two dogs, Jai and Veeru, in Faridabad, NCR. My father is my backbone for moving this venture forward. Quality is paramount to him. While I create new things, he supervises vendor management, pricing, and flawless delivery to the customers. Born with an engineer’s heart and mind, he always guides me in all my experiments.
We have our kitchen garden in which we grow plants and incorporate them into our products. So, our house inspires us in beautiful ways. Jai and Veeru keep the whole house lively and spirited. My home is full of love, creativity, inspiration, and mutual trust and I spread the same emotions through my products.
The brand KanaCreations has existed even when WhatsApp and social media didn’t exist. So we have prominently grown with the pivotal marketing strategy through ‘word of mouth’, and our quality and personal touch with the people have also contributed immensely. Our clients have witnessed our growth and made it a memorable journey for them and us.
We were always clear about our vision and never conciliated for the bottom line. Fortunately, we gained experience working with big retail brands like Fabindia and receiving corporate orders. We were the pioneers in making soy candles in the industry and supplying them to Fabindia nationwide.
We have a curated range of hand-poured candles, scented wax melts, wax sachets, jute table tapestries, and bath salts. These cater not only to daily requirements but also to luxury and healing genres. Not to miss that we are steadfastly on our way to bringing many more zero-waste products to our customers. Always remember that all of our products are designed and created by women.
We have scaled up, are working relentlessly on several other products, have become visible on Amazon India, the US, and other e-commerce stores, have stocked up our products at retail stores, have taken countless bulk and custom orders, successfully executed small-sized export orders, and grown as a business. All this has only been possible with the unwavering support of our customers.
As we work to bring handcrafted ranges of home fragrance and wellness items to market, we will keep sustainability as our prime vision and supply you with value-for-money, safe and eco-friendly products. As a father-daughter firm, our basic principles and insight will reflect our upbringing. Give back to the community and spread love.
